FSG 25 Vehicular Equipment Components - Aviation Parts Catalog

FSG 25 consists of items that are known to be vehicles components.

FSCG - Federal Supply Classification Group - this is the first 4-digits of the NSN.  It can be further broken down into the FSG and FSC.
FSG - Federal Supply Group - the first 2-digits of the NSN. This determines which of the 78 groups an item belongs to.
FSC - Federal Supply Class - the second 2 digits of the NSN. This determines the subclass an items belongs to.
NIIN - National Item Identification Number - the remaining 9-digits of the NSN, which is a unique code to the item. The initial 2-digits are the country identifier.
